Here are some of the questions our customers regularly ask, and their answers:

Can I get an extra copy of a survey you have done for my company before?

All the surveys we have done are archived and you can obtain an extra copy on request. A small administrative charge will normally be requested if hard copy is required.

Can I get a copy of a survey you have done for another company before?

We first need confirmation by the commissioning company that they agree with the survey being passed on to yourselves, and then we charge you a small fee for issuing the drawings. Liability for the information within the drawings rests with the commissioning company although this can be purchased at 15-20% of the original survey cost.

How do I open a zip or exe file?

Double click on an exe file, it is auto-extracting and will open itself automatically using WinZip. To open a zip file, unzip it using Winzip.

Are our drawings compatible with your CAD system?

Generally yes – we use AutoCAD 2002 but generally provide AutoCAD v14 DWG or DXF files to avoid problems with older systems. Please tell us what system you are using as some packages (eg Vectorworks ) tend to require the removal or exploding of blocks and attributes.
