Land / Topographical Surveys
   

Using modern surveying and data capture equipment, we provide services that range from 1:100 detailed site surveys up to 1:1250 scale mapping.
Our surveys are used for a variety of purposes. The level of information surveyed and shown on the drawings is tailored to specified needs and clients specifications.

For the majority of sites, Reflectorless Total Stations are used to capture detail, backed up by GPS or Laser Scanning to cover more demanding situations.

  
   

Detail surveys: all information is shown for the entirity of the site. Heights and positions of adjoining buildings are often needed and aquired by remote observation. 3d files from AutoCAD/MX for use in MOSS or any ground modelling packages.

 
   

Aerial surveys for major redevelopment projects: Specialist subcontractors will complete the photography and photogrammetric plotting. Project co-ordination, ground control, field verification and final drawing production are completed by APR.

 
   

Highway, Motorway, Bridges, Underground and Rail Surveys.

 
   

Boundary / Level surveys: boundary and basic information sufficient for site designs.

 
   

Our approved specialist contractor, Electrodetection, will trace underground services using state of the art equipment. Sewers, water, gas, electric, telephone and other services are traced and added directly to our completed surveys.

  
   

Tree surveys: All trees located and scheduled with an arboriculturalist report.
