Services Provided
A laser scan survey was carried out using a Faro Focus 3D, this was ideal for picking up a variety of surfaces used on the set with a high degree of accuracy. Using this scanner it was also possible to colour the point cloud using the internal camera. The scanner produced highly detailed point clouds of up to 50 million points. A low poly 3D model was created from the laser scanned point cloud data. Images of APRs 3D Model can be found below.

Key Successes
The scanning took around three hours to complete, the bulk of the key scans taking less than an hour. Despite numerous reflective surfaces and dark corners in the studio the scanner provided a clear set of data for the 3D Model.
